Handmade Meetups DC, 18 April: Writing Handmade apps

This Saturday, 18 April 2026, from 2pm to 4pm, we’ll come together to talk about writing custom apps. Macoy Madson will show how he applied Handmade principles to creating a custom CAD application for a manufacturing company. He will go over the various features and his criteria for what he picked to build vs buy, as well as lessons learned from the shortcomings of his choices. If we have time, we’ll also look at compiling native code to WebAssembly.

We’re meeting at the West End Library, 2301 L St NW, Washington, DC 20037, in Meeting Room 2. See you this weekend!
