Chat Server Maintenance

Dear community,

Mariano and I are currently performing maintenance on the Handmade Revolt. There seems to be some general I/O pressure on our Linux VPS, as well as failed health checks for the database. Nothing is corrupted, just timing out.

Unfortunately this will likely stretch on until the evening because Mariano’s at his job and I’m pretty busy during the day. We expect the chat to be back online before bedtime (Seattle Time.) Forgive the inconvenience.

All other services are online: the News page, Meetup mailing lists and RSS feed.
